What we make

Videos that walk your staff through your systems and procedures, step by step

When you launch a new system, or bring new staff onto an existing one, the same explanation is given again and again. We turn it into short videos in clear chapters, for any system with a screen: HR and accounting systems, ERP, portals and e-services, and in-house applications.

What we make in it

  • A guided tour of the whole system in a few minutes
  • A short lesson per task, such as raising a request, approving a transaction or running a report
  • Both sides of a workflow: the employee who asks and the manager who approves
  • E-service lessons for the public who use them
  • Onboarding new staff: the organisation, its systems and its procedures
  • Safety and compliance procedures

How we do it

  1. We record on a test environment with made-up data, so no real record ever appears on screen and we never need your live system.
  2. Every spoken line matches what is on screen at that moment, and we check it step by step before delivery.
  3. Each video is split into named chapters, so staff go straight to the step they need.
  4. When the interface changes we re-record the lesson; it is not produced again from scratch.

What you receive

  • 01The video in 1080p, plus a lighter copy for phones
  • 02A subtitle file for each language, shown or hidden at will
  • 03A timed chapter list, ready for learning platforms and YouTube

Questions

Do you need access to our system?

We need a test environment or a training account with made-up data. If the system is a cloud service that offers a trial account, we work in that. We never work on your real data.

How many videos does our system need?

That depends on the tasks your users perform. We start from the list of tasks, and propose a guided tour plus a short lesson for each main task.

A system, a policy or an event you want on film?

Send us the goal, the audience and the material you have, and we come back with a written proposal setting out the scope, the time and the cost.
