Internal email is crowded and important news gets lost in it. A short video bulletin gathers the week's or month's news in minutes, in a style staff come to know, and reaches people in the office and in the field alike.

## What we make in it

- A weekly or monthly bulletin
- A message from leadership to staff
- Introducing a department or an internal project
- Occasions and achievements

## How we do it

- We agree a fixed template for the bulletin once, then produce every issue on it.
- You send the news as text and photos, and we return a finished bulletin.
- Nothing from the bulletins is shown outside the organisation.

## What you receive

- The video in 1080p, plus a lighter copy for phones
- A vertical version for phones and social media
- A subtitle file for each language, shown or hidden at will
