# A service, a decision or an initiative, explained in a minute

> A short animated video that shows the public how to apply for a service, or what a new decision or initiative changes.

When you launch an e-service or announce a decision or initiative, the same questions about steps and conditions follow. An explainer answers them before they are asked, with numbered steps, clear graphics and a calm voice, in a minute or two.

## What we make in it

- How to apply for an e-service, in a minute
- A new decision or regulation explained to the public
- Introducing an initiative or a programme
- A video at the top of the service page or in its launch message

## How we do it

- We start from the service or decision as the organisation published it, and add no condition that is not in it.
- We use your organisation's colours, typefaces and logo.
- We cut a short vertical version of the same film for social media.

## What you receive

- The video in 1080p, plus a lighter copy for phones
- A subtitle file for each language, shown or hidden at will
- A vertical version for phones and social media
