A video production studio in Doha that works with AI, serving government bodies, institutions and companies. We make system walkthroughs and staff training, awareness campaigns, conference films, and introductory and documentary films, in Arabic and English. Every script is checked against its source before recording, and no film is final until you have watched it and approved it.

## Fourteen kinds of video in three families

### Learning & training

- [Training & systems walkthroughs](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/training): Lessons on systems, e-services and procedures, and onboarding for new staff, recorded on the system itself, screen by screen.
- [Explainer videos](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/explainers): A short animated video that shows the public how to apply for a service, or what a new decision or initiative changes.
- [Lessons & learning content](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/learning): We turn training material into short video lessons, one goal per lesson, for interactive PowerPoint decks or your learning platform.
- [Children's content](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/kids): Animated picture stories, and learning segments on letters, numbers and values, in clear Arabic a child understands.

### Communication & awareness

- [Awareness campaigns](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/awareness): Awareness campaigns for the public and for staff on health, road safety, cyber security and conservation: a longer film to explain, short clips to spread.
- [Internal communication](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/internal): A regular video bulletin of the organisation's news, achievements and decisions, reaching every employee in minutes.
- [Annual reports on video](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/annual-reports): We turn the annual report's figures and achievements into a visual story with animated infographics, for the ceremony and beyond.
- [Dubbing & subtitling](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/dubbing): We turn foreign-language video into Arabic with a generated voice and subtitles, keeping the picture as it is.

### Films & events

- [Ads & promos](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/promos): Reels for products and services, short ads, introductory films, product launches and recruitment films.
- [Editing & cut-downs](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/editing): Long recordings cut down, a promo cut from an episode or film, and your existing videos re-edited with Arabic titles, subtitles and a vertical version.
- [Documentaries](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/documentaries): Documentaries on the history of an organisation, a city or a heritage, and anniversary films, with every fact traced to its source.
- [Events & conferences](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/events): The opening film, the speaker's talk as a film on its slides, the event summary, and long sessions turned into short clips, summaries and an archive.
- [Digital screens](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/signage): Content that loops seamlessly on exhibition, museum and reception screens, at each screen's size and orientation.
- [Platform packs](https://studio.uts.qa/en/services/social-packs): From every long piece: reels, stories and vertical versions, in Arabic and English, with subtitles and post text.

## From request to delivery in five steps

1. **Request**: We agree the goal, the audience, the platforms and the language, and you give us what you have: photos, video, documentation, a test account or your visual identity.
2. **Script**: We write it in clear Modern Standard Arabic, check every name and figure against its source, and your team approves it.
3. **Preview**: A quick version you watch and comment on; a change at this stage never means a reshoot.
4. **Final**: Only after your approval do we produce the final version, widescreen and vertical, and in Arabic and English if you ask.
5. **Delivery**: The film, the subtitles, the cover, the post text, and chapters where they help.

## Speed without giving up quality

- **A preview before the final**: You see a quick version and comment on it, so a change never means a reshoot.
- **A moderate cost**: No crew, equipment or locations, so the cost goes to what the viewer sees: the script, the voice and the picture.
- **Whole series**: Once the style and voice are set, the whole series is produced on them, at the same quality from the first lesson to the last.
- **Updates, not remakes**: When an interface or a policy clause changes, we redo only the part that changed.
- **Two languages, one script**: The Arabic and English versions come from the same approved script, each with its own voice and subtitles.
- **Arabic first**: Script, voice and subtitles are written in Arabic first, never as an afterthought.

## Films the studio has made

- [Jadwal for education centres: a guided tour](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/jadwal-education-tour): A tour of a whole system, from today's lessons to the month-end close, recorded on a test copy with made-up data, in Arabic and English.
- [Jadwal for cleaning companies: from the customer's request to the visit](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/jadwal-cleaning): A quick walkthrough of a cleaning company's cycle in the system: the booking, assigning the driver and crew, scheduling, through to the completed visit.
- [The Store: from zero to the first order](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/store-first-order): An online store built in front of the viewer, from branding and products to the first order, its invoice and receipt, cutting between the owner's dashboard and the customer's phone.
- [The Mishkat user guide](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/mishkat-site-tour): A guide showing visitors how to trace every report in an episode to its page in al-Maktaba al-Shamela: the five-grade scale, the evidence panel, and Mishkat's investigations.
- [The Mishkat guide in 45 seconds](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/mishkat-site-reel): A short vertical cut of the user guide for social media: tap any passage in an episode to see its grade, its original texts and the link to its page in al-Shamela.
- [Sada al-Batha](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/mishkat-sada-albatha): A documentary series on the chiefs of Quraysh before Islam, each episode built on sources cited by volume and page.
- [Hikayat Mu'allaqa](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/mishkat-muallaqa): A series telling the story of each of the Mu'allaqat odes and its poet as the sources tell it, opening with Amr ibn Kulthum.
- [Tales from the Heritage](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/mishkat-turath): The stories behind Arabic proverbs as their tellers relate them, opening with «Shann met his Tabaqa».
- [Jadwal, the business system](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/jadwal-promo): An ad introducing the Jadwal system to many trades, from real estate and contracting to education centres, on the system's real screens.
- [From words to action: a keynote at the Doha conference 2026](https://studio.uts.qa/en/work/event-keynote): A talk on securing AI when it acts on our behalf, turned into a film on its own slides. The slides build card by card with the words, presented by a generated voice that says what it is at the start.
