### How long does a video take?

That depends on its kind, length and number of languages, and we write the time into the proposal. Most of the time goes into preparing and approving the script; the production itself waits for no shoot and no studio booking.

### What does it cost?

We price each job in a written proposal by the number of videos, their length and their languages. The cost is moderate because it carries no crew, equipment or locations.

### Is the voice a human voice?

No. The voice is AI-generated, chosen from Standard Arabic, Gulf Arabic and English voices, and we disclose it. We never imitate a real person. If you want your speaker's voice, the speaker records it and we use that recording.

### Do you need access to our systems?

We need a test environment or a training account with made-up data. If the system is a cloud service that offers a trial account, we work in that. We never work on your real data.

### Where does our material stay?

On our machines or on your network. We use it for your job only, and show none of it without written permission.

### Who writes the script?

We write it from your material, or start from a script you write. Either way your team approves it before production.

### Can a video be changed after delivery?

Yes. When an interface or a policy clause changes, we redo the part that changed.

### Which languages do you produce in?

Arabic and English: Standard Arabic for lessons and documentaries, Gulf Arabic for ads and campaigns, and English for the English versions of the same films.

### In which formats do you deliver?

Widescreen 16:9 and vertical 9:16, a subtitle file per language, chapters, a lighter phone copy, and the audio version, cover and post text where they apply.

### Do you post on our accounts?

No. We hand over the pack ready to post, with its covers and texts; the posting is yours.

### Will you show our work on your site?

Not without your written permission. And your films never carry the studio's logo.
